From his style of play and his preferred 4-3-1-2 system, there is a great deal of intrigue and excitement about how Milan will fare this season, and if Giampaolo gets it right, the Rossoneri may well secure positive results and do it in style given his desire to play attractive football.
In the season preview podcast, there’s a look back at pre-season, early thoughts on Giampaolo and team news ahead of the clash with Udinese. Further, poll results and Twitter comments are discussed as the wait is nearly over for the start of Milan’s season.
Given many of the summer signings arrived late, it’s unlikely that they will be thrown straight into the starting XI, while Theo Hernandez is ruled out with an injury.
